Terms and Conditions of The Purchase of Goods 

Payment - Paypal

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Beads with Faith. Beads with Faith must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.


You will be advised on an estimated dispatch date upon placing your order. Please allow up to 3 working days. Bespoke items are made to order and you will be advised of estimated dispatch date at time of order.

Postage is via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for those that request it for their items. For other items postage is via Royal Mail Second Class with proof of postage.

Should your order not arrive, please contact Beads with Faith, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 working days (for UK orders) has elapsed.

Refunds & Exchanges

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. However, pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

 Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you've changed your mind and more.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is fine). We will then process your return.

Items must be returned in their entirety, including packaging, in new, pristine, unused condition (unless faulty) within 7 days of notifying of your desire to return.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request. 

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy. Return postage will be paid by the customer. 

Returning Custom Items:

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations the only exception being is if they're faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Beads with Faith.

 In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
