The Glorious Mysteries of The Most Holy Rosary
We Pray the Glorious Mysteries on a Wednesday and Sunday
The Glorious Mysteries remind us that God has space for us all in Heaven and send His Holy Spirit to help us! In these mysteries of Glory we walk through the beautiful journey of Jesus from His Resurrection through to the Crowning of Mary as Queen of Heaven and earth, Holding her hand as our Blessed Mother.

The Resurrection
Mark 16:6
Jesus rises from the dead and appears to Peter! He tells us HE forgives everyone! We Learn here that Jesus wants to forgive us and is always ready to do so in the Sacrament of Reconciliation! Let us pray to Jesus for our Pope and new beginnings when we think of the Resurrection of Jesus!

The Ascension of Jesus
Mark 16:19
Jesus Ascends to Heaven and sends His Apostles out to be all nations! He is with us always, even to the end of time! The Apostles go to pray with Mary! We are reminded to have hope and to have a zeal for evangelisation - God is always with us! Take some time for Eucharistic Adoration and also for saying some prayers especially for our Bishops!

The Descent of the Holy Spirit
Acts 2:4
God the Holy Spirit comes down on the Apostles, the friends of Jesus, and stays within them! This happens to us when we are confirmed too! The Holy Spirit helps us to think of heaven and is the Soul of the Church! We are reminded through our love for God we are forever in Communion with the Saints and the Most Holy Trinity!

The Assumption of Mary

Our Blessed Mother is assumed body and soul to Heaven, after her earthly life full of grace, she will continue to dispense these graces from Heaven. Queen of the Family, Gate of Heaven, Pray for us!

The Coronation of Mary
Revelation 12:1
Mary, our mother of Divine Grace is crowned Queen of Heaven and Earth.Queen of Peace and Mother of Mercy watches over us from Heaven. May we remember that Mary is mother of Jesus, ours and the Church, we are all set apart for life everlasting in Heaven!

The First Glorious Mystery The Resurrection
The Resurrection of Jesus from the Dead
Our Father
Early on Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been taken away from the entrance. (John 20:1)
Hail Mary
She went running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and told them, "They have taken the Lord from the tomb, and we don't know where they have put him." (John 20:2)

Mary stood crying outside the tomb. Then she turned around and saw Jesus standing there; but she did not know that it was Jesus. "Woman, why are you crying?" Jesus asked her. "Who is it you are looking for?" (John 20:14-15)

She thought he was the gardener, so she said to him, "If you took him away, sir, tell me where you have put him, and I will go and get him." (John 20,15)

Jesus said to her, "Mary!" (John 20:16) Hail Mary
She turned toward him and said in Hebrew, "Rabboni!" (This means "Teacher".) (John 20:16)

"Do not hold on to me," Jesus told her, "because I have not yet gone back up to the Father. But go to my brothers and tell them that I am returning to him who is my Father and their Father, my God and their God." (John 20:17)

So Mary Magdalene went and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord and related to them what he had told her. (John 20:18)

It was late that Sunday evening, and the disciples were gathered together behind locked doors, because they were afraid of the Jewish authorities. Then Jesus came and stood among them, "Peace be with you," he said. (John 20:19)

The Second Glorious Mystery The Ascension
The Ascension of Jesus Into Heaven.
Our Father Before Jesus was taken up, he gave instructions by the power of the Holy Spirit to the men he had chosen as his apostles. (Acts 1:2)

For forty days after his death he appeared to them many times in ways that proved beyond doubt that he was alive. (Acts 1:3)

And when they came together, he gave them this order: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift I told you about, the gift my Father promised." (Acts 1:4)

Jesus said to them... "when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be filled with power and you will be witnesses for me in Jerusalem, in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:8)

After saying this, he was taken up to heaven as they watched him, and a cloud hid him from their sight. (Acts 1:9)

They still had their eyes fixed on the sky as he went away, when two men dressed in while suddenly stood beside them and said,"Galileans, why are you standing looking up at the sky?" (Acts 1:10-11)

Then the apostles went back to Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, which is about a mile away from the city. (Acts 1:12)

They gathered frequently to pray as a group, together with the women and with Mary the mother of Jesus and with his brothers. (Acts 1:14)

The disciples went and preached everywhere. (Mark 16:20)

And the Lord worked with them and proved that their teaching was true by the miracles that were performed. (Mark 16:20)

The Third Glorious Mystery The Descent of the Holy Spirit
The Coming of the Holy Spirit
Our Father
"I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever." (John 14:16)

"The Helper will come -- the Spirit, who reveals the truth about God and who come from the Father. I will send him to you from the Father, and he will speak about me." (John 15:26)

When the day of Pentecost came, all the believers were gathered together in one place. (Acts 2:1)

Suddenly there was a noise from the sky which sounded like a strong wind blowing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. (Acts 2:2)

Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire which spread out and touched each person there. (Acts 2:3)

They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to talk in other languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak. (Acts 2:4)

There were Jews living in Jerusalem, religious people who had come from every country of the world. When they heard this noise, a large crowd gathered. (Acts 2:5)

They were all excited because they heard the believers talking in their own language... Amazed and confused, they kept asking each other, "What does this mean?" (Acts 2:12)

Then Peter stood up with the other eleven apostles and in a loud voice began to say to the crowd: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, listen to me and let me tell you what this means." (Acts 2:14)

This is what the prophet Joel spoke about: "This is what I will do in the last days, God says: I will pour out my Spirit on everyone." (Acts 2:16)

The Assumption of Mary Into Heaven

"He has stretched out his mighty arm and scattered the proud with all their plans." (Luke 1:51)

"He has brought down mighty kings from their thrones, and lifted up the lowly." (Luke 1:52)

"He has filled the hungry with good things, and sent the rich away with empty hands." (Luke 1:53)

"He has kept the promise he made to our ancestors, and has come to the help of his servant Israel." (Luke 1:54)

"He has remembered to show mercy to Abraham and to all his descendants forever!" (Luke 1:55)

The Fifth Glorious Mystery The Coronation of Mary, Queen of Heaven
The Crowning of Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth
Our Father
After this I looked, and there was an enormous crowd -- no one could count all the people. (Revelation 7:9)

They were there from every race, tribe, nation and language, and they stood in front of the throne and of the Lamb, dressed in white robes and hold palm branches in their hands. (Revelation 7:9)
Hail Mary
They called out in a loud voice: "Salvation comes from our God, who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!" (Revelation 7:10)

Then a great and mysterious sight appeared in the sky. There was a woman, whose dress was the sun and who had the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head." (Revelation 12:1)

Then I saw a new heaven and new earth... I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared and ready, like a bride bring dressed to meet her husband. (Revelation 21:1-2)

I heard a loud voice speaking from the throne: "Now God's home is with people. He will live with them, and they shall be his people." (Revelation 21:3)
